Structure Description: The company’s smelting and casting furnace is designed and manufactured according to the requirements of construction standard No. **4 aluminum processing plant construction standard and YS*****1 aluminum processing plant technical design criterion, therefore, in materials, it uses double-layer insulation bricks, double-layer alumina firebricks, insulation bricks, casting materials and a layer of fiber felt structure, the furnace wall is **0mm thick. Externally it is covered with 8mm thick steel plates, and reinforced with *0#, *2#, *4# channel steel joined by welding, the furnace has good insulation performance, is solid and durable. (Note: the 8 mm steel plates are national standard GB*****8 steel plates made by Shaoguan Iron and Steel Company or A3 steel plates manufactured by Wuhan Iron and Steel Company; the channel steel is international standard GB*****8 channel steel made by Shaoguan Iron and Steel Company or carbon structural steel produced by Wuhan Iron and Steel Company).
